And the same goes for YOUR goals. If you quit…decide its too hard and just throw in the towel. Guess where you’re going to be? No where near your goal. And you are SOOOOOO much better then that!

Anytime we start something new, especially when it comes to our fitness journey, we are in the process of changing the habits that our bodies are used to. Eating healthy, working out, going to bed earlier, drinking more water, cutting out sweets…these are all things that you may or may not have ever done before. So making changes in those areas could get a little bumpy.

Because honestly, the biggest challenge we are facing and the biggest muscle we are training, is our mind. Which, let’s face it, has gotten pretty used to the status quo.

So just like training our muscles, you are going to have some good days….and some not so good days.

But in order to get stronger, you HAVE to keep working. You have to keep moving forward.

So don’t quit. Don’t give up.

Shake it off and keep hustling!
