Most teachers take our previous grades into account and according to those grades they evaluate us the next year too. That's not fair at all, and they don't see that we are making progress.
Students who have higher grades than us are given more attention whereas students who have lower grades and who are doing their best to make their grades much better are not given any attention or the necessary help. Those students need to work more to get better. In my experience the biggest problems are with languages.
