Forney's growing population provides a built-in healthcare customer base of young
families and senior citizens with a median household income of $88,935*. The
Forney Medical Plaza, a modern, state-of-the-art facility anchored by a Baylor
Scott & White Emergency Center with helipad provides over 80,000 square feet of
“Class A” medical offices and facilities. Current tenants include pediatrics, family
medicine, women’s health, cardiology, dermatology, ENT, podiatry and imaging
services, with additional spaces available. Other sites for healthcare services are
available throughout the City of Forney. Further, Forney and the surrounding areas
contain a large workforce base in the medical sector.
