Birthday Celebrations & Dinners Galore! Dear Wendy and Committee of EBL, Would just like to say a huge thank I you to EBL for allowing myself and my husband some much needed time t was time to party at EBL with Tauri and Ashleigh celebrating their 21st birthdays and Hollie turning 25! To celebrate these very special occasions, some of the residents and carers enjoyed a fabulous time together over a out. We recently had the opportunity delicious dinner and hitting the town in a pink stretch hummer. to go on a Carer Day out including On top of the birthday celebrations, the team also enjoyed some great nights out to dinner as well! Everyone always had such a great time with smiles all Respite provided if needed and at no cost WOW when does that happen. As both working parents/carers and grandparents to 7 we don’t always get the opportunity for just us to have some time out. The day was great the company even better as we had lots of laughs and just couldn’t get over how relaxing it was. It really lifted our round! Adelaide Oval Audi Club W e are always looking for new ways to give the most unique experiences to the clients, carers and families that make up EBL, and this line of thinking has resulted in the purchase of a membership to the Adelaide Oval Audi Club. Located on the third level of the Eastern Stand, the Audi Stadium Club provides padded reserved seating in a central position with access to cricket spirits and lets you realise you’re not and football, as well as preferential booking options for other Adelaide Oval on your own as we also had a chance the Crows vs Essendon game, and besides the Crows getting another great to catch up with other carers and chat win, you can see from the photos it was a great success! We will look to share about changes happening for our kids plenty of opportunity to attend. concerts and events throughout the year. We sent Codey and his mother to these tickets around and with the summer of cricket coming up there will be / children. I can’t believe how much my husband also enjoyed the day, I guess he didn’t have to drive and he too could relax and enjoy the day. So again just want to thank EBL for not only supporting our loved ones but thinking about those who look after them at home the parents. So looking forward and hoping that there will be another down the track and to those of you that didn’t go for whatever reason please put your name forward for the next one. You will not regret it. Sincerely two very grateful parents Chris and Chris Hill New Sprout Video I n the latest video on the EBL website, Callum Hann and Themis Chryssidis of Sprout talk about their experience working with the Harrow House residents and carers at the cooking school workshops last year.
