For example, once allowed practices, such as single intermediary currency exchange, bridge loan and minor investors, are now resulting in a Request for Evidence. In addition, the EB-5 investor market is becoming more diversified. China is giving way to the rest of the world given the long waiting line for Chinese applicants. Investors are also becoming more sophisticated and knowledgeable about EB-5.
