Green Taco GUACAMOLA: 3 AVACODOS (peeled, pitted and mashed) 1 tablespoon of LIME JUICE 1/4 cup diced GREEN ONION 1/4 cup diced CILANTRO 2 chopped roma tomatoes cayenne pepper, salt & pepper to taste Mix and stir all ingredients well to top heavily on the green taco.
