When I woke up on the morning of the game, I could
not believe the weather that had come up during the
night. It was dull and overcast, with a freezing wind. Not
again …. We have a game at State Mines!!! Thank
goodness the sun did begin to peep out and the wind
died down and eventually the day became enjoyable.
It was a really small and disappointing field. My very smallest to date! But I do think
the big rugby match at Ellis park had a direct effect on our game!
Thank you to Cheryl for giving up her own Saturday afternoon golf to help me with the
table. I really appreciate your assistance.
