from the editor One of the enchanting aspects of the East Coast is the manner in which our country's history weaves through nearly every state. The original thirteen colonies, in addition to Maine and Florida, tell rich tales of the life and times of those early settlers. While many seek to experience that history, many visitors flock to the shores for the sandy beaches. Whether it's the beautiful Erie, Pa. shoreline and bluffs that once hosted the cultures of indigenous people, the 85-mile stretch of coastline that is North Carolina's Crystal Coast, or the Spanish colonial architecture of Florida's St. Augustine, we guarantee adventure awaits.
