In the spring of 2017 Eastern Chatter
will be visiting the site where our new
school is in the process of being built.
The school is located in Trowbridge and
the builders responsible for the project
are Willmot Dixon.
This new school will be costing £26m and will
be handed-over at the end of December 2017.
To the south of the school building will be a
rugby pitch, with a baseball diamond, as well
as a 3G football pitch, a multi-use games area
(UGA) containing netball and tennis courts, a
second smaller MUGA for football or basketball
and a long jump pit.
We can’t wait for spring to arrive so we can go to see the new school building for
ourselves and ask the builders questions about the project. We’re excited to hear their
responses to our questions and we will tell you the answers in our next edition!
