How can you help yourself?

So you can’t just allow the helplines to help you, you’ve got to help yourself too. How can you do that? Well start by concentrating on the good things you have.

Don’t allow magazines to influence you. Look at what the magazines show: are they real? Or is it just a model with too much Photoshop? Think before you are influenced because they are all just for show. Another way to make sure you are not influenced is to make sure you are around people who respect you for who you are.

I sometimes suffer with low self-esteem and I help myself by watching YouTube. I watch a selection of YouTubers as they make me laugh when no one else can.

The YouTubers I watch are very inspirational and make me happy. The message I am trying to say here is don’t pretend to be happy if you're not, talk to someone...

Don’t allow other people to influence you just be yourself and be positive.

Appreciate the good things you have, make a list of all the things in life you are grateful for!
