This book is about a boy called Barry and he has a list of things he blames his parents for. He doesn’t like being called Barry.
In this book he gets transported to a world where children aren’t born to parents, they get to choose their parents. Barry is going to be 10 in 5 days time so he goes on a 5 day trial of 5 sets of parents. He goes to a really rich couple, a famous
couple, a sporty couple, a hippy couple and a normal
set of parents.
By the end of his 5 days he doesn’t know who to choose so they get into a fight over it.
It is hilarious and is just a great read. I give this a: 5 out of 5
