Traditionally, the members of our facility have
been overly gracious to our team around the
holidays. Each year, an automated $40 charge is
placed on the member account to help provide
our team with a little something extra for the
holiday season. You will see this charge on your
November statement. The funds collected from
this are divided up to our hourly team members,
based on hours worked throughout the year.
This is totally optional for our members. If you
wish to opt out, please send an email to billing@
eaglebrooke.com before November.
