Dear Members,
The final month of our fiscal year is now behind us, and our team is very excited to begin a new year
with continued success. I am very excited and optimistic about the progress of the Eaglebrooke team,
our facility, our programming, and our membership.
We have many exciting plans scheduled for the new year, highlighted by the renovation of our bunkers
and repairing the driving range drainage. Our team is currently working with our contractor and
finalizing the scope of work. This project is anticipated to take about a month to complete, and we are
hoping to break ground and begin around mid-November.
We will continue to be creative with our Social Calendar throughout the new year. Our priority is to be
innovative with our events and make our facility a real asset to the local community. Please continue to
provide your feedback & ideas to our team. As of recent, we have had very nice success with our Sushi
Night. The Community League throughout the Summer months was a huge success. We are introducing
a “Nine & Wine” on Friday evenings for ladies of all skill levels. Call the pro shop and join us for a couple
hours of fun! We will also be adding a Friday afternoon SKINS game to the weekly list of events. Be on
the lookout for more information. Additionally, we are working with the Brooke Bennett Swim Academy
on some programming for next Summer. On Sunday, October 14th, we are offering a Competitive Stroke
Clinic & a FREE Water Safety evaluation. Hopefully we will see nice results and will be able to finalize
some programming for the upcoming Summer!
Our membership remains a top priority at our facility. The recent launch of our Gold & Silver
Programs has been well received, and there is a lot of buzz in the local community. As our Summer
Sizzle Membership winds down, we anticipate many upgrades to annual programs. If you are a current
Summer Member planning to upgrade your membership to one of our Annual programs, please join us
on October 13th (9am-1pm) for our signing day. We will have staff available to answer any questions and
ensure that your membership is upgraded seamlessly. Anyone that signs up for a membership program
on October 13th will receive a $25 gift card to our facility.
New in October - We will be mailing Guest Passes to our members. A “guest pass” will allow you to
bring a guest to our facility at a $25 cart fee rate. All guests must be accompanied by a member in good
standing and are valid at times when your membership is valid. These passes will expire at the end of
2019. Platinum & Gold Members will receive 6 passes, and Silver Members will receive 2 passes.
Please mark your Calendars for the next two Member Mixer Events. We have a Halloween themed mixer
on Friday, October 26th that will feature Live Music, Hors D’Oeuvres, and prizes for the best dressed.
For those in costume, the first drink is on the house! Please also be sure to mark your calendar for our
Holiday Mixer, which is scheduled for Thursday, December 20th.
