L E T T E R F ROM T H E P ROP E RT Y M A NAG E R Happy Fall Eaglebrooke Residents, Fall is now here, and hopefully that means dry season and less rain! A quick reminder to all residents that trash cans must be placed in a concealed location out of view of the street and neighboring properties or the golf course (Grandview residents must be placed indoors). Last month you should have received a mailing with the approved Rental Rules and Restrictions as well as the Covenants Violation Appeals Process. Please keep these important documents with your Deed Restrictions as these are now official documents of the Eaglebrooke Community Association. The next Board Meeting will take place October 9. 2018 at 6:30pm. The 2019 budget will be a topic item on the agenda for approval. If you have any questions regarding the budget you received, please contact me and I will be more than happy to go over the budget with you. Unless a topic that is pressing arises, there will be no further Board Meetings after the October 9th meeting. The Board will resume Board Meetings in January. We are looking for volunteers for the 2019 Fiscal year. Now is the time to start thinking about if you would like to run for the HOA Board of Direc
