Hello Eaglebrooke Residents,
Unfortunately, we were unable to have the Annual Meeting this year as we did not make quorum. I appreciate everyone
who came out and turned in their proxies. I will be looking at other methods to collect proxies for next year to make sure
we have quorum.
At the May 8, 2018 Board Meeting, the Rental Rules and Regulations were reviewed. The Board will be making more
changes, and you will be sent out another copy of the Rules. Thank you to the members that attending the meeting and
gave us feedback.
We have had a busy month in Eaglebrooke. Carpet has been installed, the pro shop bathrooms and pool bathrooms
are completed. The hallway and banquet entrance have new tile and carpet, and we are hoping to finish the renovation
this coming month. We have new lighting being installed and a TV in the hallway being installed that will display latest
updates in the Clubhouse. In the next few weeks, the trees along the boulevard will be trimmed, as well as some of the
islands in the center we will install new landscape.
The next HOA Board of Directors Meeting will take place Tuesday, June 12, 2018 at 6:30PM at the Eaglebrooke Clubhouse.
The next CDD Board Meeting is scheduled for June 5th at 6:00PM in the Clubhouse. The agenda for this meeting will be
posted 10 days in advance of the meeting at
http://www.goldenlakescdd.org/public-records/agendas.
The Yard of the Month award has been established to promote goodwill and
recognize and reward neighbors who demonstrate above-average efforts
in maintaining or rejuvenating their property, thereby contributing to the
improvement of the overall appearance of the community. Winners will
receive a $10 Eaglebrooke Gift Card and their house will be pictured in The
Club Newsletter.
Congratulations to Samuel and Pamela Olivio at 7004 Island Lake for
winning the June Yard of the Month award!
As we look forward to making Eaglebrooke more beautiful, if you have any
suggestions, please make sure to email [email protected]. We would love to hear your ideas.
