Dear Members,
I would like to introduce myself as the new General
Manager of Eaglebrooke. I’m very excited about my new
opportunity, and I look forward to meeting each one of our
members and making our Club a great place for everyone.
A little background about myself: My wife, Amanda, and
I have spent the last 6 ½ years up in the North Florida
market. I was stationed at St. Johns Golf & Country Club
located in St Augustine, FL. It is an amazing place, with
many similarities to Eaglebrooke. St Johns G&CC is a
high-end, semi-private facility, large membership base, and
is also managed by Billy Casper Golf. Previous to moving
up to St Augustine, my golf career was spent in the Tampa
Market. I spent about 7 years at Riverhills Country Club
& Bloomingdale Golfers Club (both owned by the same
golf group) along with The Claw (a BCG managed facility).
Amanda & I are really excited to be back home, close to
family, where we belong!
We have a lot of exciting improvements the we are working
to complete. First & foremost, I plan to work on improving
the communication between the happenings at the Club
and our Members / Homeowners. We will be working to
send out more frequent emails, newsletters, flyers, etc. to
keep everyone more informed. Secondly, as many of you

are aware we have brought on Sam Lodovico as our new
Executive Chef. He is in the process of creating many new
ideas that will be rolled out over the coming weeks. You
will be seeing a new menu along with weekly specials that
will be communicated in our weekly emails. Additionally,
everyone is aware that we have many capital projects that
are happening throughout the facility. Below is a list of
some of the ongoing projects and the anticipated finish date:
• Pro Shop Restrooms ✓
• Wi-Fi at the Pool ✓
• Bunker Renovation on Holes #7, #8, & #15 ✓
•  Pool Restroom Renovation 3 rd Week of April
• Ballroom Ceilings Painted Mid-April
•  Private Dining, Ballroom, Pro Shop Carpet April / May
• Ballroom Restrooms Ongoing
•  Main Hallways & Ballroom Entrance Tile/Carpet April /May
•  New Windows on West End of Ballroom Mid-April
