L E T T E R F ROM T H E G E N E R A L M A NAG E R Dear Members, It’s hard to believe that it’s been six weeks of transition wrapping up in St. Augustine and ramping up here at The Club of Eaglebrooke. This is such an exciting time both personally and professionally for me. My wife and I are settling into our new home located in Lithia. It feels wonderful to be back home and close to our friends and family! On a more professional note, the last month was been a huge success! There are many exciting changes highlighted with our capital projects throughout the facility, here’s the breakdown: • Final Touches are being applied to Pool Restrooms • Final Touches are being applied to Ballroom Restrooms • Nearing completion of Carpet or Tile in the Main Hallway, PDR, Conference Room, Dining Room and Ballrooms, Ballroom Foyer and Restrooms • Installed New windows at West End of Building • Purchased new trash cans for the facility • Ceilings have been painted in the Dining Room and Ballroom • Golf Shop windows have been tinted and new blinds installed • Golf Shop restrooms are completed We have received great reviews on the April edition of the newsletter. We will continue this initiative moving forward. In addition to the newsletter, we are sending out weekly emails to our members and residents with our weekly chef specials, news and upcoming events. If you are not receiving these messages or the newsletter, please send a message to [email protected]. I will be sure to add you to the database. The launch of our new Summer Membership has been well received by the members and residents of Eaglebrooke. The purpose of this program is to introduce new people to our facility, give them a privilege of the member experience, and hopefully move them into a full membership program moving into the Golf Season. Not only does this expose our facility to new people, but it creates a revenue stream for us during the “dog days” of the summer when the facility is lightly utilized. We are in the final stages of reviewing our Summer Programing for the Pool area. Beginning on May 12th, drink service at the pool with music and games every Saturday from 12pm to 5pm will resume. Additional, Pool Parties / Cookouts are scheduled for Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day and Back-to-School. We currently seeking a certified swim coach that will be able to add to our programming schedule and attract families to our facility. For more information on this position please feel free to reach out to me. On behalf of The Team at Eaglebrooke, we look forward to a fabulous month in May. Know that we remain at your disposal should you have any queries or concerns about your Club, our services, or our offerings. We love hearing about how we can continue to improve your experience.
