LETTER FROM THE SUPERINTENDENT I am very pleased with the direction that our course is headed. The new bunkers turned out great, and the newly laid sod is starting to take root. The drier weather pattern has certainly helped us with this. The turf conditions are very healthy around the grounds, and the weed pressure is low. We have recently repaired some of the cart path pads on hole #11. This month, we will be working to repair more damaged pads around the tee boxes on hole #7. On Thursday, May 30th, we will begin our greens aerification. We will be punching 3/8” holes on all 19 greens around the facility. The golf course will be closed on aerification day and will reopen the following day. We will be pushing the greens to full recovery as quickly as possible. We can expect a full recovery in 10-14 days. If you would like to play golf on Thursday, May 30th, please see John Greiner. We have a handful of other facilities that we will be happy to call and make a tee time. Sincerely, Juan Perez 16 eaglebrooke newsletter APRIL
