2019 Rules of Golf Clinic
PGA Tour Champions Rules Official Joe Terry will conduct a 2019 rules of golf clinic to cover all the new rules changes and
how they are applied on Thursday January 10th from 6pm-7pm in the banquet room.
Callaway Demo Day
There will be a Callaway demo day on Friday January 25th from 12pm until 3pm. They will have the newest clubs available
to test out and pre-order prior to the February release date.
Super Bowl Scramble
Our biggest event of the season will be held on Sunday February 3, 2019. This is a two-person scramble and you pick your
partner. The entry fee is $20 per player plus applicable course fees. We will also have a $10 per team optional skins game.
We will fight teams by total team handicap by all Men’s teams, as well as Couples teams. The sign-up sheet will be put up on
the Men’s bulletin board.
Walking and Pull Cart Instructions
Walking or use of a Pull Cart can be done anytime Monday thru Friday and after 1pm on Saturday, Sunday and Holidays.
Walking or use of a Pull Cart is NOT ALLOWED in club tournaments at any day or time.
Pull Carts are not allowed to be pulled or pushed across the putting greens, tee boxes or through the bunkers. Around the
tees and greens, they must be kept in the higher grass of the collars of the tees and greens.
2019 Men’s Event Calendar
January 19th – MGA - “Memorial” – The format will be a 4-man scramble (assigned by the club to evenly divide the
field), during which each player’s tee shot must be used on 1 par 5, 2 par 4’s and 1 par 3.
February 3rd – *Super Bowl Scramble
February 16th – MGA - Match Play, 1st round –Players will compete from Blue/White, Gold, and Red/Green tees. 3
flights (Qualifying Rd)
March 16th – MGA - Member-Member
March 23-24th – *Men’s 2019 Senior Club Championship (Not Super Seniors)
April 26-28th – *2019 Men’s Member Guest
May 18-19th – *Men’s Club Championship
May 27th – *Memorial Day, Par 3 or Flag Tournament
