L E T T E R F ROM T H E G E N E R A L M A NAG E R Dear Members, 2018 is a wrap! The team here is very pleased with the way that our facility finished off 2018. The golf course is in great shape, the bunker renovations are moving along nicely, the membership continues to grow, the team is in place and doing great, and the financial results are moving in a positive direction. With that being said, I would like to wish everyone a Happy New Year! I hope everyone enjoyed the holiday season. We are looking forward to a fantastic 2019 with many great things ahead of us. The renovations to the bunkers will likely be completed near the end of January. Here in the near future, we will be completing some repairs to the driving range drainage. There will be a short period of time that the driving range will likely be shut down. We will communicate the details as they are finalized. The Club is now running the Hole-in-One Club. The Hole-in-One Club is now open to all Platinum, Gold, and Silver Members. There is an annual $10 per person charge that will be billed in December. Anyone that gets a Hole-in-One during the year will be awarded “up-to” a $100 bar tab. At the end of the year, the balance in the Hole-in-One account will be evenly distributed amongst everyone that got a Hole-in-One in the form of Credit Book money. Please note, all MGA members have been automatically enrolled into this program. If you would like to be a part of the Club, please email me at [email protected]. In mid-January, our members & residents will be receiving an electronic survey. We will use the feedback from this survey to help better understand the people that frequent our facility, and to improve the member & guest experience. Be on the lookout in your email inbox.
