We are pleased to say that the Eaglebrooke family continues to grow and expand, adding new members each week. In order to best serve each of you, we ask that you please take note of the following notes and reminders: Billing & Statements: • Monthly Statements are sent out via email at the beginning of each month unless you have requested a paper copy be mailed to you. If you prefer mailed copies, please email us at [email protected] and we will update your member account to reflect that request. • EZ Pay Automatic Payments are charged to the credit card we have on file for you on or around the 20th of each month. If, for any reason, your card does not work, we will contact you via email to request an updated card number. • Please note that Past Due Notices will be sent out in this order: First Attempt – Email; Second & Final Attempts – Certified Letter. Failure to respond/ pay will result in the account being turned over to a collection agency. • Please send ALL Billing related inquiries directly to [email protected], rather than leaving a message with staff or on voicemail. Written inquiries to this address will ensure that your request is received and responded to as quickly as possible. Member Communications: • If you DO NOT receive, or have NOT been receiving your membership communications via email – This includes statements, monthly newsletters, weekly updates, etc. – please send a quick note detailing the items that you have not been or are not currently receiving to [email protected] with the best email to send these communications to. • Please note that we have had trouble recently with certain email providers – Yahoo, AOL, Verizon, etc. – blocking our weekly emails; our marketing team continues to work on this issue so that each of you receive these emails. As always, should you have any questions about our club events, services, or memberships, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We look forward to seeing you at the club soon!
