L E T T E R F ROM T H E H E A D G OL F P ROF E S SI ONA L Couples Christmas Scramble and Gift Exchange The annual Couples Christmas Scramble and gift exchange will be held on Sunday December 16, 2018 with a 9am shotgun start. The entry fee is $10 per person plus one wrapped gift suitable for either gender with an approx. value of $15. Pro Shop Sale Our annual pro shop sale will take place on Friday December 7, 2018. There will be special sale prices on everything in the pro shop and a limited amount of time available to wrap gifts. Credit Book A quick reminder that all credit book or (sweeps credit) tournament winnings must be used before December 31, 2018. Walking and Pull Cart Instructions Walking or use of a Pull Cart can be done anytime Monday thru Friday and after 1pm on Saturday, Sunday and Holidays. Walking or use of a Pull Cart is NOT ALLOWED in club tournaments at any day or time. Pull Carts are not allowed to be pulled or pushed across the putting greens, tee boxes or through the bunkers. Around the tees and greens, they must be kept in the higher grass of the collars of the tees and greens. 2018 Men’s Events December 1st MGA - Blowout Course Closings The golf course, driving range and practice facility will close early on Christmas eve, and will be closed Christmas Day so that the employees may enjoy the holiday with their families. The golf course, driving range and practice facility will close early on New Year’s Eve, but will reopen for the day as normal on New Year’s Day. Winter Pro Shop and Driving Range Hours The pro shop will open at 7am Monday through Friday and 6:30am on Saturday and Sunday and remain open until 6pm. The driving range is open on the days that the golf course is open starting at 6:30am, and remain open weather permitting, until ½ hour before dark, except for Sundays when the range will close 1 hour before dark to pick all the balls up, so the driving range grass can be cut early the next morning.
