M E S S AG E F R O M T H E H OA B OA R D Happy Easter Eaglebrooke Residents! Throughout the Eaglebrooke community, many projects are being completed around the common areas and also on many residents’ homes. You may have noticed that many street signs have been painted and has really given a fresh look to the neighborhood. Work is continuing in the Eaglebrooke Community with landscape, replacement of signs, painting the light poles and even soon painting the entrance walls. If you back up to the main wall going down Carter Road and Eaglebrooke Blvd., please make sure that everything is off the wall so that the painters can come in to seal and paint. Letters will be sent out to those homeowners who back up to the wall. With all these updates, it may be time to look at your home and see if your home could use a new coat of paint. With the Florida sun, paint usually only last 5 to 7 years. Many homes have never been painted. A good sign it needs to be painted is if you touch the side and a chalk type substance comes off on your hand. The Board is looking for one more candidate to be elected to the HOA Board of Directors. If you are interested in being on the Board of Directors please send your resume to [email protected] by April 5, 2019. We still have members that have not paid the 2019 Annual Assessment. Late letters have been sent out to the residents that are delinquent. Please make sure to pay these assessments right away. We are looking for ways to communicate better to all the members via the portal. If you have not received an invitation to the portal, please go online to https://enprovera.appfolio.com/connect/users/request_access to request access to the portal. The 2019 Board of Directors will be looking into electronic voting for all future votes for meetings and obtaining quorum. The next Board of Directors meeting will take place April 9, 2019 at the Eaglebrooke Clubhouse at 6:30pm. Please remember if you are a club lot and have lawn issues, please do not speak with the workers. It is best to contact the Manager at [email protected] or call (863)-808-0035. A special thank you to Mary Ann Morrone for all her help with the flags throughout the community. Mary Ann Morrone has worked hard organizing the flags, picking new flags out for the seasons, and choosing each to be hung beautifully as your drive into the community! Thank you for your help! I hope everyone has a wonderful Easter! Thank you, The Eaglebrooke Board of Directors 22 eaglebrooke newsletter APRIL
