As the summer season comes to a close, we are
continuing to make strides to improve your experience,
particularly in the areas of account services and member
billing.
To best serve you, we are asking that as of August 1st, all
statement questions, charge disputes, and administrative
related items be submitted via email to CMcCorkle@
Eaglebrooke.com.
Submitting inquiries in writing provides a paper-trail
for both you the member, and the club. This will allow
us to link- the details to your account to ensure that all
requests are handled properly and in a timely fashion.
If you have any questions about this or any of our other
services or amenities, new memberships, billing, or other
member-related information, please feel free to contact us
via email, phone, or just stop by.
