Flagship building : the new headquarters of the Lorient gglomeration community “ Cap L ’ orient ” : is a flagship building facing the harbour . The strong lines of the project were influenced both formally and conceptually by environmental concerns , according to HQE ( High Environmental Quality ) principles .
