Langdon is in Paris to hold a lecture when he suddenly, in the middle of the night gets a phone call telling him that the intendant working on the Louvre has been killed. The police man who calls him wants Langdon to come over to help them solve the case. In a little while Langdon understands that it is about a lot more than just an ordinary murder. A great secret, both dangerous and fascinating is soon to be uncovered.

The book is breathtaking and thrilling. It is based on true facts which makes it even more interesting and readably. In total the great author Brown has done an excellent work writing this book. If you haven’t read it yet- do it!
