Well as you all might know every newborn goes through many stages of maturation and formation to be an adult, and the stage that most changes goes through is the adolescence. Many adolescents in their period of adolescence may become impatient with the formation of their adult body, because everybody wants to be a skinny model, but unfortunately that is not the reality. What many teens end up doing is reducing the amount of food they it because a common thought of a normal teen is that if they eat less they will start losing weight, but their only getting their body into a condition of malnutrition or start to be anorexic.
