The interviewers, aged 10 to 25, are students within the San Diego school and college districts as well as participants in the College Bound San Diego program, with which the San Diego NAMC Chapter has formed an alliance. The young leaders, overseen by NAMC President Aldrica Lattimore, NAMC Education Committee Chair Rod Thompson, NAMC Events Committee Chair Michael Anderson, and NAMC photographer and Community/Public Relations Committee Member Shellanee Brock, conducted the interview at San Diego State University thanks to technological advances in business communication while Simon was in his office in Sacramento.
