Belle Belle’s Cue is housed at the ground level of an apartment complex in Chinatown. A Fast-Casual BBQ Concept Serving Texas Style Cue. Taking inspiration from the BBQ greats of Texas, Belle Belle’s Cue is open for lunch, with an understated menu comprising of Pulled Pork sandwiches topped with homemade coleslaw, and four types of wood-fired meat served by the half-pound family style, inclusive of Brisket, Spare Ribs, Pulled Pork, and Turkey. Or, each meat of- fered in a meal served with two traditional sides of either Baked Beans, Cole Slaw, Potato Salad, Creamed Corn, and Mac & Cheese. All BBQ is served with Belle Belle’s Cue’s pickles and BBQ sauces including Original BBQ, Honey BBQ, Haba- nero BBQ, Brisket BBQ, and Mustard BBQ, served Texas style on the side. For dessert, the choice is simple: a slice of homemade Pecan Pie. Diners order from a glass-en- cased counter space as servers slice freshly grilled meats onto authentic butcher paper-lined aluminum trays. To complement the BBQ offering, Belle Belle’s Cue serves a selection of craft and domestic beer on tap, along with a choice of red and white wine. Non-alcohol- ic beverages include sodas, iced tea, Kool-Aid and Belle Belle’s Cue’s house-made Sweet Tea.
