top five were Paris, Oslo, Zurich and Sydney in fifth.

try to live under $40,000 a year. The top 10 cities in the re-
port were: Albuquerque, N.M, Augusta, GA, Columbia, S.C.,
Jackson, Miss., Knoxville, TN, Little Rock, AK, Louisville, KY,
Pittsburgh, PA, St. Louis, MO, and San Antonio, TX.
