Springtime is here and with it comes new life, new beginnings and the
increased desire for change. This issue of DTLA LIFE e-magazine will
focus on newness. Whether you have been interested in finding a new
idea for your current space, furnishing a brand-new place or are look-
ing for a new home, DTLA LIFE is bringing together the new furniture
stores, design shops and various homes for sale for you to peruse.
Springtime also brings the start up of the real estate "season". Inven-
tory in DTLA is still low and the higher seasonal demand results in a
great time to sell your current property and upgrade into a new home.
The market in DTLA shows increased growth so investment is still a
