Downtown LA-based architect firm , AC Martin , designed a modern tower that redefines the Los Angeles skyline . The rooftop deck will offer to guests ; restaurants , bars , swimming pool and fantastic 360-degree views of Los Angeles . And because all these spectacular amenities were not sufficient in the eyes of developers ’ partner Korean Air , it is the only skyscraper in the city with a high-tech LED lighting on the facade featuring an infinity of light shows capable of welcoming the airline passengers landing at LAX .
Korean Air ’ s $ 1.1 billion mixed-use development in the heart of Downtown LA ’ s Financial District will include not only the hotel but new office space as well as over 45,000 square feet of retail on the ground floor .
