The London-Based Company Fartetch is the Latest Ad-
dition to the Recently Renovated Class A Office Build-
ing in the Heart of Downtown Los Angeles. The Rat-
kovich Company, National Real Estate Advisors, and
Blue Vista Capital Management today announced the
signing of new tenants to The Bloc, including the West
Coast headquarters of London-based fashion e-tailer,
Farfetch, to occupy The Bloc’s 30th floor, approxi-
mately 25,000 square feet of office space. in 10 cities across four continents. In June 2017 the
company announced a global content and commerce
partnership with Condé Nast, the preeminent content
provider, to create a seamless editorial shopping ex-
perience from inspiration to shopping gratification.

With more than 720,000 square feet of creative leaning
office space at The Bloc, the ownership’s vision was to
bring together design, technology, and creative-class
offices under one roof. The property also boasts one of
Downtown LA’s only office rooftop lounges, direct ac-
cess to the 7th Street Metro Center Station where four
lines converge, access to the Sheraton Grand along
