If there is something that everyone notices when they visit Downtown LA,
it is the many constructions underway. Keeping up with all the new build-
ings these days has been challenging, so we keep counting the cranes!
DTLA LIFE MAG ® is excited about the new vague of projects that we are
looking forward to seeing become a reality.
The Downtown News recently listed the latest information on 106 proj-

MAG ®, coming out this fall, with information on all the residential proj-
ects coming online. Our goal is to help you to navigate through the most

LIVING GUIDE. It will be updated twice a year directly with information
from, the city’s public record, the developers, and a variety of other reli-
able sources. The Living Guide will be a one-stop place for you to go and
learn everything there is to know about real estate in DTLA 2.0.

On a personal note, I would like to dedicate this month’s issue to Florence
White. She passed away at her DTLA EVO condominium in her sleep on
June 10th, while her dear friend Julie Anderson and myself were both with
her. Flo was a real lover of Downtown LA, where she moved around ten
years ago from Carter Lake, Iowa to be closer to her son Jim White. We are
sending Jim and his family our deepest condolences. We know that she
loved to read DTLA LIFE MAG ® and she will be greatly missed.
