alcohol identification and
brief advice
This half day course provides delegates with a general
overview of alcohol awareness including: using AUDIT
screening tool, calculating units, low risk guidelines,
harms and effects and how to deliver brief advice.

extended brief interventions
On this full day course delegates will explore what EBI is,
how and when to deliver the four steps of an EBI session,
and develop practical skills in motivational interviewing.
20th June 2019, 10:30am - 4pm
Cost: £175 pp

This full day course enables participants to understand
alcohol dependence, withdrawal and detoxification
and how to clinically manage these conditions and
processes.
