Corn Tortillas (12-24)

1 pkg. of Ground Turkey(or meat of choice)

1 can of enchilada sauce

1 tomato

1 small onion

1 pkg. of enchilada seasoning

1 pkg. of shredded cheese of your choice

1 tbsp. of butter

Sour Cream

1 tbsp of cilantro

1. Heat a small pan, add butter, and cook tortillas on both sides to make soft.

2. Cut up tomato and onion and mix in meat and cook.

3. Add enchilada seasoning to meat.

4. Take meat, fill tortillas, and roll them. Place side by side in pan.

5. Pour enchilada sauce over the enchiladas.

6. Sprinkle cheese over enchiladas and bake for 30 minutes.

7. Serve with sour cream and cilantro on top for taste
