Equality in Educationn

We wanted people to look at our work and understand that there is freedom and equality in education as it should be and how it has developed over time. That there is Choice in education if we all join together.
We enjoyed looking up information about Brown v. Board of Education and learning about the outcome that led to the outcomes of that case. This helped up to come up with our idea for our painting.

Racial Equality

We wanted to show in our artwork that there was racial equality in education and the world so we choose to have hands, a school and the American flag. This was a group effort in the design we all added our own part and it came together.
We enjoyed this project very much our group worked well together and we learned a great deal by doing the research about Brown v. Board of Education that we did not know. Thank you for this opportunity.
Celebration of Education

Our project shows that if we work together all things are possible. We wanted to show a celebration of the Brown v. Board of Education and how it changed people’s lives for the better and our country, for the better so that all people could be equal in education.
We enjoyed very much coming up with the idea together and researching information about Brown v. Board of Education. We also saw this on the News the same night that our teacher talked to us about it in class, so we made a connection about it.
Freedom of Education

We want people to look at our artwork and see that in education students have choices in what they learn and do in the schools that they attend, and that they can have fun in the learning process.
We enjoyed learning about Brown v. Board of Education, our teacher took us to the computer lab before we started the project and we looked up information about the case, and what had happened during this time.
We discussed what we wanted to do for our project and what we wanted to show through our design.
