TRICK FLOW R-SERIES
INTAKE MANIFOLD FOR
SMALL BLOCK CHEVROLET
■ When Trick Flow saw a void in
the market for an ultra-perfor-
mance intake manifold for the
small block Chevy, its engineers got
busy and created the new R-Series
intake manifold.
You can’t slap this intake on a
mildly built 350 and call it a day.
The R-Series intake is intended
strictly for aftermarket 23° cylinder
heads with 230cc and larger intake
runners on engines that make the
bulk of their power in the 3,500-
7,500+ RPM range. It features a
one-piece single plane, spider-type
design with raised plenum floor,
integral bosses that can be drilled
and tapped for nitrous nozzles,
and extra material for porting. The
overall height is right at 6.375” and
the mounting flange is designed
for Holley 4150-style carburetors.
