Inaugural 30 Under 30 honoree Leah Pritchett wheels her Mopar “El
Bandito” Dodge Challenger Drag Pak to a low-8-second pass during SAM
Tech Factory Stock Showdown qualifying at the NHRA Four-Wide Nationals
earlier this season. Tuned by four-time NHRA Stock world champion
Kevin Helms, Pritchett ran the table this season, recording the first official
7-second FS/XX pass and winning three consecutive events to secure the
2018 Factory Stock Showdown world championship at Dallas in October.
It was the 17th world championship for team owner Don Schumacher, who
also owns the Mopar/Dodge-backed Top Fuel dragster driven by Pritchett.
