Scattered rain showers limited the racing action at the
PDRA Super Strip Nationals, but the delays didn’t seem
to bother Avery Cox, daughter of Pro Nitrous standout
Jay Cox. She went for a bike ride through the pits with
the assistance of grandpa Lloyd.
BIG DOG INDEED
Reidsville, North Carolina’s Cam Clark won
his first two Big Dog Shootout trophies in
spectacular fashion, driving the H&H Racing
‘69 Camaro to back-to-back victories at
Piedmont Dragway. Clark enjoyed a massive
winner’s circle celebration and was even
congratulated by Los Angeles Chargers
wide receiver Keenan Allen, who was in at-
tendance at the Big Double double race.
