The affable Texan and his nitrous-huffing ’74 Nova were victorious at the spring Throwdown in T-Town in May, then maintained a consistent level of performance through the season finale, where he held off Team Mills, Bob Bales and Phil Hines to secure the title. – N AT E VA N WAG N DI E N DI DI DI DI DI DI DI DI DI m iD -W est r ADiAl o utlAWs s eries m X 235 Phil Reichardt I n what was a big year for MX235, 2017 saw the class’s racers fight for its first championship under the Mid-West Radial Outlaws Series, as well as a re- cord purse of $20,000 to win at the fall Throwdown in T-Town.
