Smoke pours out of the bullhorn-style headers on the Jeff Naiser-driven Team O Motorsports 1968 Camaro during the first round of qualifying at the penultimate 2016 Texas Automatic Outlaws race . Naiser was filling in for the car ’ s usual driver , Tim Ortiz , who was driving the team ’ s second car as a weekend replacement for team owner and driver Richard Otwell . As a prominent Houston-based nitrous engine builder , Naiser was well-equipped to repair the bullet after it expired .
