Exercise 2
Put your hands behind your head.
Apply slight pressure with your head
into your hands, but no movement must
take place. Hold the contraction for six
seconds and repeat five times.
Exercise 3
Put your right hand on the right side of
your head at eye level. Apply slight
pressure with your head into your hand,
by trying to tilt your head. No move-
ment must take place. Hold the con-
traction for six seconds. Do the same to
the left. Continue to alternate sides and
repeat five times to the left and the
right.
