My Spine Explained Stretch 2 Put your left hand behind your back. Tuck in your chin and then bend your head forward. Tilt your ear towards your right shoulder and turn your chin to the right. Now use your right hand to pull your head forward at a 45ยบ angle to- wards your right. Repeat the stretch on the opposite side. Remember only a slight pull may be felt in your neck on the side of the arm that is behind your back. 89
