Stretches
When performing the following stretches it is important to maintain each stretch for 10 seconds . Progress the duration of the stretches to 30 seconds within the first 10 days . Repeat every stretch twice . When you do your stretches , limit the stretch until you can feel a slight pull . This is the position that you must hold . If the stretch becomes painful or uncomfortable , relax the intensity of the stretch on the muscle until you feel only a slight pull again . If , after a while , you do not feel a stretch , extend the range of the stretch until you feel a slight pull again .
Stretch 1 Put your left hand behind your back . Tuck in your chin and then bend your head forward . Tilt your ear towards your right shoulder . Now use your right hand to pull your head forward at a 45 ยบ angle towards your right . Repeat the stretch on the opposite side .
