shoulder and hold the
position for two sec-
onds. Then look over
your left shoulder and
hold the position for
two seconds. Your
chin must stay at the
same level while per-
forming the move-
ments. Repeat 15
times to both sides.
Warm-up exercise 4
Roll your shoulders backwards. You must actually feel that your shoulder
blades are moving. Repeat 15-20 times.
