building, facility and room rentals: Since park district programs take priority,
and generally use all buildings, Monday–Friday, more facilities are available on Saturdays
and Sundays. Kitchen facilities are designed for limited food preparation: a range, an oven,
and a refrigerator are provided. Facilities are not available on legal holidays.

hold your corporate event?
The beautiful Prairie Lakes Theater seats up
to 298, and is available to rent by groups,
individuals, and organizations for special
events, training programs, concerts, plays
and musicals. Comfortable and friendly, with
great acoustics, perfect sightlines, WiFi and
other amenities. Photos of performances are
on our website, along with general theater
rental and use guidelines.

Some other rooms may be available at Prairie Lakes and the Leisure Center on weekends.
Capacities vary from 30 to 60. Rentals are handled on a first-come basis, as completed
applications are received. There are time restrictions, and a deposit is required.
Smoking and alcohol consumption are not permitted in any park district building, with the
exception of Golf Center Des Plaines.

and the facility or room desired. We will return your call as soon as possible.

contact the park district in advance and in a
timely manner, or indicate what these needs

result in a delay in registration. When feasible
and appropriate, the park district asks that
requests for reasonable accommodation be
made at least two weeks in advance of any
activity or program.

not provide certain personal services, such
as toileting services, rectal administration of
medication, or traditional syringe injections.
