Lil Kickers SOCCER League
April 6—May 11 • Ages 4—7
The Lil Kickers Soccer League exposes youth players to team dynamics and develops
intermediate and advanced skill levels. Through game play and organized practices, players
learn new techniques and improve existing skill levels. Teams will play 4-on-4 games. Max
team size is 8 players. Each week, teams meet for one hour and fifteen minutes: 30 minutes
for practice and 45 minutes for the game.
Shinguards are mandatory for all players. Players must bring an initialed soccer ball to practice:
a #3 ball (4–5 year olds), #4 ball (1st Grade). League fee includes a uniform for each player.
Hot Shots Sports coaches run the practice time, and provide instruction while refereeing
to ensure all players understand the rules of the game and are advancing their skills each
week.
Parent assistance during practice time is appreciated, and required during game time.

Girls Gymnastics

In the Des Plaines gymnastics program, developed and run by the head of the Maine West Girls
Varsity team, the coaches always consider your child’s happiness, safety, and well-being with
every drill and maneuver that they conduct. Girls' artistic gymnastics is comprised of four
Olympic events: vault, bars, beam, and floor. jc
