Restorative Stretch and Meditation
Beginner to Advanced
This class helps provide the physical and
mental balance to prevent stress and
anxiety. Through the use of props that allow
you to hold poses longer, you’ll get all the
benefits of deep, passive stretching. We will
give you a full-body deep stretch without
yoga poses. Great for all fitness levels. ss
