Victory MARTIAL
ARTS ACADEMY
Mixed Martial Arts For Ages 5+
Our classes provide a safe environment
where students learn the most effective
styles of martial arts, infused with lessons
on character development. Students
train in a positive atmosphere, learn how
to defend themselves and gain valuable
life skills—all while having fun! This is
done through our structured curriculum.
Students focus on the following:
boxing and kickboxing techniques
(punching, footwork and defense),
judo/ wrestling techniques (take-downs
and defending against them), jiu-jitsu
technique (submissions
and how to control someone on the
ground) and “Mat Chat” (the personal
development of the month). The goal is
for students to be able to know the moves
and understand/apply the “Mat Chat” by
the end of the month.
